shuttle service friendly staff hot room unfixed air conditioner
the staff brought our luggage to our booked rooms. the food exceeded my expectations. the hotel provided a shuttle service to the beach, so walking was optional.
the air conditioner was not fixed after i called in the afternoon. my kids were in a hot room. it was a non professional situation.

multiple pools friendly staff dusty room non-functional phone
I enjoyed that there were many pools available. also, the aqua park provided good entertainment. The slides were fun. the staff was generally friendly, this added to the positive atmosphere. i found some staff helpful in guiding me around the resort.
The room was not as clean as i expected. i had to ask for it to be cleaned again, and it was quite dusty, this took away from my initial comfort. the phone in my room was not functional. i had to walk to the reception for assistance. This was inconvenient.

dusty room broken phone
the hotel was a bit of a letdown. i found my room was not VERY clean upon arrival, with dust in many places. also, requesting basic toiletries, like more shampoo, reminded me of a chore. the phone in my room did not work, so i had to walk ALL the way to reception for every little thing. it was inconvenient.

sand beach amazing reefs
The campus was LOVELY. The sand beach was nice. It was proper. I enjoyed the snorkeling. Reefs were amazing. A VERY romantic touch!!!
The resort had mostly italian guests so it seemed to strongly favor their culture.

the grounds were well kept. the staff maintained the hotel regularly.
upon arrival, my room's cleanliness was substandard. dust covered surfaces. the phone was inoperable, requiring me to walk to reception for every request.

broken phone biased treatment
My visit had a few problems. I found the room could use some updates. The phone did not work, so I walked to reception for everything. the staff seemed to prioritize certain guests. It sometimes took a while to get someone's attention for drinks at the buffet.
