the staff brought our luggage to our booked rooms. the food exceeded my expectations. the hotel provided a shuttle service to the beach, so walking was optional.
the air conditioner was not fixed after i called in the afternoon. my kids were in a hot room. it was a non professional situation.

I enjoyed that there were many pools available. also, the aqua park provided good entertainment. The slides were fun. the staff was generally friendly, this added to the positive atmosphere. i found some staff helpful in guiding me around the resort.
The room was not as clean as i expected. i had to ask for it to be cleaned again, and it was quite dusty, this took away from my initial comfort. the phone in my room was not functional. i had to walk to the reception for assistance. This was inconvenient.

the hotel was a bit of a letdown. i found my room was not VERY clean upon arrival, with dust in many places. also, requesting basic toiletries, like more shampoo, was like a chore. the phone in my room did not work, so i had to walk ALL the way to reception for every little thing. it was inconvenient.

The campus was LOVELY. The sand beach was nice. It was proper. I enjoyed the snorkeling. Reefs were amazing. A VERY romantic touch!!!
The resort had mostly italian guests so it seemed to strongly favor their culture.

My visit had a few problems. I found the room could use some updates. The phone did not work, so I walked to reception for everything. the staff seemed to prioritize certain guests. It sometimes took a while to get someone's attention for drinks at the buffet.
